The Septic Association
The Mazaska Septic Association was established in 2000. As of today, 37 cabins are on the septic system.
The business, daily affairs, and annual dues are managed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 3 members at large. The annual dues are decided by the Board. Our annual meeting is held on the 3rd Sunday of July which follows the annual Well Association meeting. We need a quorum of 25% of the 37 cabins to hold a meeting. There is only one voting member per cabin. To change the by-laws, we need a quorum of 75%. The Board of Directors will have a meeting prior to the annual meeting. If problems occur during the year, the Board of Directors will meet.
