About the Board
The LMNSC Board is comprised of seven members who are elected to three year terms by the members of the LMNSC.
The responsibilities of the Board are outlined in detail in the LMNSC Bylaws; however, the following is a summary of what the board does:
- Create and manage a budget to ensure the cooperative is fiscally sound.
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of the road and common grounds.
- Enforce the rules outlined in Exhibit D of the LMNSC Bylaws.
- Provide an avenue of communication of the activities of the LMNSC.
- Retain records of ownership and activities of each cabin.
- To work collaboratively to ensure the LMNSC Mission Statement is pursued.
- Hold an annual meeting where members have an opportunity to provide input and suggestions for improving the LMNSC.
